Wounded Veterans Relief Fund (WVRF) bridges the gaps in support when the Veterans Administration (VA) can’t by providing no-cost, essential and critical dental care to veterans. Through collaborations with community partners and other nonprofits, WVRF is able to provide a comprehensive and coordinated network of support for veterans and their families.
WVRF has also launched a monthly mobile dental clinic, in partnership with West Palm Beach-based dentist, Dr. Coral Cohen, which offers routine dental care, including exams, cleanings, and fillings.
Veterans often face unique challenges when transitioning back to civilian life, and it has been found that consistent oral care is a key factor in their physical and emotional health. Organizations like WVRF continue to help veterans with their overall well-being as well as positively impacting their professional goals.
