Impact’s January Membership Spotlight celebrates Ricki Birner. As a CPA professional for 35 years, Ricki worked with nonprofit organizations performing financial statement audits and providing various consulting services. After her retirement in 2020, Ricki wanted to find an organization where she could use her expertise to make a difference in her community. When she met and spoke to her neighborhood captain, Chris Hayes, Ricki knew she wanted to be a part of Impact.
Originally from Short Hills, NJ, where she still goes during the summer, Ricki now lives in Palm Beach Gardens, and enjoys walking and playing golf, pickleball, canasta, and mahjong.
Ricki is currently serving her third year on Impact’s Grants Committee.
